SO EVERYONE UNDERSTANDS.  We made it through the House 107-0, but not without some minor scrapes. ALL riding on the roadway will be required to have and ORV sticker. No more carrying the freeloaders in education and enforcement. If you are caught riding in wetlands, crossing a stream by other than a bridge, or caught trespassing, OUCH.  Instead of a $50. minimum fine, it will be $250.
You had better know where you are, simple as that.
  We have to think in terms of 250,000 buying the trail permit and 400,000 users. Better for the sport to be pro-active instead of re-active.
  Our Bill 4323 is now in the hands of the Senate Natural Resources and Environmental Affairs Committee.  Was down there yesterday visiting with each one of the Senators clerks.
  We have a repeat of what we did in the House, send e-mails to Committee members and at the same time, to your Senator and this is important.  YOU SUPPORT HB 4323 AS REPORTED OUT OF THE HOUSE!  We could still lose this thing with a bad amendment.
  Go to www.senate.mi.gov and you will find your Senator.  Using the same site, the committee members are;
  We can expect a final effort by CRAM and MDOT.  We stopped their effort in the House, lets do it again in the Senate, send those e-mails and contact every ORV user you know and have them do the same.
  There will be a posting as before on www.ama-d14.org within a day or two. Just 3 hoops left, Senate Committee, Senate floor and the Governor.  Cannot stress enough the importance of your e-mails.
